Bell & Howell light bars

The automated answering service took my information. I printed out the conformation and it states that I'm supposed to receive three light bars, however I only got two. The item number was76723201725522003.
The conformation number was [protected]. It was stated on the conformation as 2 light bars & 1 bonus light bar. I only got two of three bars. Please look into this if you will and see what you can do.

I bought 3 pack of lightbars. I was impressed with how long it held a charge but when I needed to recharge the lightbar it stopped working completely. I contacted customer service to explain but being it was over 90 days I was responsible for shipping it back for a replacement which is not worth the cost. I guess I have to chalk it up to live and learn .
Very disappointed now with this purchase.

I purchased 2 light bars last Christmas. One for my grandson to work on his vehicle and one for me in case of power outages. I have never used mine, other than to see that it worked and have left it plugged in to charge. Now, 9 months later, it will not hold a charge when unplugged, especially when I needed it because of the hurricane. Rip off!

I went to browse the B&H Tac Light and added the buy one get one for a separate fee so see what showed up in the cart. On my way to the cart there were several pages offering to "bump up he offer" at a price.. stronger lights, carrying cases, more and more offers. So I view this as a "turn em, churn em and burn em' tactic to add a tremendous amount of $$$ beyond what the original offer in on the Television. Next thing I know when I attempt to removed the items from my cart, it will only take off "extras' and will not remove the items from my cart. AT NO TIME DID I PRESS AN ORDER BUTTON! I quickly navigated away from the page to hopefully close the transaction out and hoped that would cancel the transaction. Next thing I know there is an email in my inbox with an invoice for these lights. Talk about fraud! There was no activity on my PayPal account, so that's good, but how do they expect me to pay them...ship them then try to collect, make me pay the freight? This smells to the highest stench.

Bell & Howell Solar PIR Motion Activated Animal Repeller

We purchased a Bell & Howell Solar PIR Motion Activated Animal Repeller advertised on TV. The TV ad showed how animals were repelled by the device. However, when we tried the two units we purchased it doesn't work at all. Our three dogs would walk right up to the devices and they do not react to the Repeller. We tried the units with brand new batteries and it appears to turn on fine but it does not repell our dogs. I think this is a scam. Can anyone help us in getting a refund for these "fake" Repellers? Normally, Bell & Howell is known for its high quality equipment. I wonder what happened with them? Their quality is definitely going south.

I aquired a Bell & Howell IR camcorder. The quality is fantastic. I feel it's a top rate product. However, I feel that the businesses they work with that support their equipment is not. I have been trying to get extra batteries now for over 9 weeks. First time I called, it was 4 weeks until in. Then 3 weeks after tht. Then 2 weeks after that. Today I'm told they don't know? This is very disappointing. B&H needs to protect their name and product by using top rate companies. I feel right now, that even though I like this camcorder, I will never purchase another B & H product due to substandard support!
