Al Insaf Furniture bed and mattress

Hi i placed an order for bed mattress and dressing table on 18th aug and they promised to deliver on 25th aug before 8pm. On 25th no calls from them on delivery. When i called up they said we can't deliver today and will deliver tomorrow. Next day again the same issue. 3rd also they didn't bother to call and inform and i went directly to their shop to ask for refund. He apologised and assured 28th sure he would deliver before 6pm. 9pm the guy calls me asking for address while 4.30 he mentioned that delivery guys are on their way. 10.45 the guys reach home with the headrest which we didn't order and the plywood used under the bed for storage was from leftovers and no finishing. I asked them to take the stuff back .next day again my husband went to office to ask for refund n cancel the order and they refused to refund n assured to deliver on 3rd sep. Until now no delivery inspite of repeated calls and shouting that was done. They have 60 percent advance and not ready to refund. These guys should be taught a lesson as from reviews i understood that this is their daily routine to cheat customers. I just need my money back which they are not ready to refund.

Al Insaf Furniture cupboard and bed king size

I had purchased Cupboard last month from Al Insaf furniture from Karama and the sales man - Mr. Sajid had promised me to deliver the part in respective time, but it was not and delay in delivery, during the purchase they took complete amount and what was given to me was a painted one, the quality is also bad. After they done the fitting on the same night the big mirror came of and fell on the floor my small kid 2 yrs was saved, the job was not done properly and when I called them they did not respond to it properly, still I felt its fine mistake happens and now when I have asked for the delivery of bed which was promised to be given on 4th has been again delayed... this company is patetic .. and Mr. Sajid does not know how to deal with customer, he thinks he is the owner of the showroom...

I ALSOOOOO WENT THROUGH AL INSAF FURNITURE - DUBAI FOR FURNITURE AND BOUGHT KING SIZE BED AND 2 THREE DOOR CABOARD. THE PROMISE ME WHILE TAKE ORDER THEY PUT GOOD CARDBORD BEHIND THE CABOARD. I HAVE PAID ADVANCE AND THEY DELIVERED CABORAD WITH USELESS CARDBORD BEHIND THE CABOARD. I ASKED THEM TO CHANGE THE CARDBORD BEHIND THE CABOARD AS AGREED AT THE TIME...
