A4 PAPER review: Not Trusted Company

I had A4 order from this company QUANLIN INDUSTRY CO., LTD.
and as of usual they ask me to send downpayment 50% of total ammount
i send it already
and they told me my order will be ready withen 2 weeks ..
my order was on November-2014
And they did not send the order until now

They told me .. they have problem with a customs in china .. and they can not send the order
i ask them to return back my money, but they did not do anything until now.
they are Fake company and peoples
