On 8th may i deposited 40000 on my gaming account it's not reflecting. I called the customer service they ask me to send email to the official web which I did and no response it's been almost a month now. I have been emailing and emailing nothing. please I need my money back am tired of waiting and it's frustrating because that money turns out to be the only money I have ,and 1xbet are holding it I am seriously not happy I want my refund as soon as possible.

I am raising this complaint as a last resort due to the complete lack of support I have received in regards to a case I have reported on Jan 1st.

I attempted a deposit of Rs 28000 to my sports account using UPI on Jan 1st 9:41 pm IST and the transaction was successfully completed at my end and the money was debited instantly from my bank account and the beneficiary was credited.

However the funds were not added to the 1xbet account balance nor was I able to find any trace for the transaction in the history section.

I opened a case with support and furnished all proofs and screenshots including a written confirmation from the bank regarding the successful transaction and details of the beneficiary account.

However , I am getting zero response from the support team and I am extremely worried that I am getting cheated out of my money.

Kindly help in resolving this issue

I deposited 5000 Rs into my 1xbet account, but it hasn't been credited yet. I've contacted their customer support and emailed them, but I haven't received any replies. i have deposited it on 2nd of Dec 2023 at 2:13 AM, I deposited it through IMPS. The site says it will add money in 3 minutes or if there is any issue the payment will be deposited in 24 hours but it’s been 3 days and I didn’t even got any reply.

I opened my 1xBet account today(29th of September) and i used Paytm as my mode of deposit to pay 300Rupees, however its been 5 hours and the amount still hasn't been deposited.I sent an email to the support and no response has been recorded. I know the amount is small but this hinders the credibility of 1xBet as well as violation of its own company policy. Payment and deposits should be easy not complicated.
