I have been selling on this site for over 10 years and have a 5 star rating but they could care less! Have been locked out of my account for over 5 days due to something as easy as a password reset and can't even get my tax form which is delaying my filing. No one to speak with anymore and chat representatives keep assuring me that someone from the "resolutions team" will reachout but no one has. Worst customer next to UPS & FEDEX!

Recommendation: Cancel your account and use the competition so they will have to file ch 11 because they deserve it!
