I purchased a guitar on April 2 2026. The seller never shipped the guitar. After three attempts to contact the seller with no response I contacted Reverb to request a refund. I was emailed by reverb that they would also attempt to contact the seller to get them to issue a refund. If Reverb was unable to get a response from the seller I was told I would be issued a refund from Reverb within 3 business days. I have not received any updates from Reverb and no refund.
