Absolute COWBOY COMPANY! Dont know difference between undercoat and floodcoat. Specifically asked ok to sand for worktop, as not keen on gloss. No problem they said. Do i need undercoat, No just mix your pigments in and roller on as any other undercoat, let cure then pour final coat. £180.70, twice more than needed but hey ho. The sheet that came, formula was wrong. Had to ring for them to sort it. Sanded worktop, cleaned, degrease, cleaned again with isopropanol, cleaned again. Mixed 3:2 ratio, gram for gram. Serious was like using water based paint over oil. Wouldnt adhere, emailed them, said not putting on thick enough, said its undercoat, not flow coat. Undercoat gives a uniform flat finish. Then said need to fill in gaps with resin(seriously). Tried to sort it, once cured, sanded, done finger print, cup test. Even with elbow grease cleaner still left bad marks. re sanded, tried again same results. Said not applied it right. CLUELESS. Ignored the consumers rights act 2015. Went through paypal, Went in their favour, said i modified it. Its resin, needs to be mixed. Left with a mess. But ill sort it. Not finished with this COWBOY company. AVOID AT ALL COST! save ya money.
