On the 30th we booked the car from Rent a car Woodford in Cape Town. They asked for the deposit of R4000 in which it was done from our account - ABSA Bank and we allowed it, They said it was going to be paid back when we return the car on the 4th January 2023,
The car was returned on the 4th January 2023 but we still have not received the refund.
The rental company Woodford said the money has been paid but we have not seen anything on the account.
Desired outcome: We would like to have the refund that was held by the rental company (Woodperk) Cape Town The car was rented in Cape Town
