Their customer support is the absolute worst that I have ever encountered. My pure sine wave generator has failed, after I did my trouble shooting I called Technical support for help. They reviewed my trouble shooting and then wanted to review it again and then a 3rd time. The person that I was talking to had a bad accent and I could not understand all that they were asking. I explained that I only have half the items plugged in and it was still failling so they wanted to review my trouble shooting technique again. They do everything they can to frustrate you to get you finally hang up.

DO NOT BUY RENOGY - I learned my lesson the hard way.
