Renarmo.com review: I would like the money I paid for the jackets back. 1

I purchased 2 heated jackets from Renamo.com December 27,2021. I paid $47.60 for one and $68.00 for the other one using my Debit card. The jackets were delivered as one package on January 27, 2022. They came with cords for charging. I charged both overnight and neither one of them worked when I pushed the buttons on the front of the jackets to activate. I contacted Renarmo via their "contact us" section of their website renarmo.com to inform them that the jackets don't heat up and told them I wanted to return them and I requested a refund. I also requested instructions be emailed to me on how to send the coats back. I kept the bag for each coat as well as the enlarged green bag the coats arrived in. They declined my return and refund request and said all sales were final because this is a seasonal product. Instead, they offered to give me 20% off another purchase. I responded declining their offer.

I have documents showing my emails with Renarmo. If you need these please let me know. I am unable to attach them right now as I don't have them in the format you need. I can email them from my phone if you want using the scanner on my phone.
