On 2 july 2022 I purchase a sofa, a sweviel chair and ottoman it came 30 august 2022 it was the wrong furniture so I send it back so the sales man that wrote up the furniture made a mistake his name is joshua householder and I went to see the manager his was henry and was very combative when I ask him either give me the right furniture or give me a full refund he said no take him to court and he also called the police on me for asking him to fit problem this company has no costumer service manner when dealing with costumer at this point I would like a full refund.
Need this resolved Asap need my refund
Regency Furniture are not a good company for any consumer there Headquarters are very unprofessional
