Refractive Eye Lenses review: Full credit refund back to my original payment method

I placed an order at Flower Mound Eyecare Associates (3851 Long Prarie Rd, Flower Mound Tx, 75028} on the 10/24/2022 for a pair of progressive lenses and frames.

I specifically stated that I would like to get the best quality lenses on the market and the thinnest just like the ones I have.

I was promised the same quality and lens thickness.

When I was called to pick up my eyewear we were shocked with the results of the lenses, they were extremely thick and of inferior quality.

We were informed to choose a different frame so the lenses could be inserted on a thinner frame for weight purposes and that in fact the quality was not great, and they would use a different lab to redo my lenses.

On the 03/12/2022 we went in to get our new Lenses and frame and the quality was exactly the same extremely inferior of what I have and requested.

We asked the Eye ware location for a refund on the products that we paid $435.00 out of my pocket excluding what was billed to the insurance for not being able to provide me with what I requested and that they are unable to supply.

Unfortunately, the location will not refund me the amount stating that there are no refunds.

With the lenses and frames they are trying to sell me are of inferior quality that I have been accustomed to by other providers and labs.

If they can't supply me with what I requested and am willing to pay for it, I would greatly appreciate a refund so I can go to different location.
