ReferralExchange review: Horrible program

I have recently and unexpectantly started having serious medical issues around the time I signed up for the trial period and I reached out to them several times about ending my free trial period and to not charge my account once it has ended. They would not let me cancel it, and would not provide me with the information in regards to cancelling. I was not able to really use the program, and they would not let me out of the trial period and actually ended up charging my account while I was in the hospital. When I called them after I got out and explained how I shouldn't be charged because I reached out to them repeatedly to cancel the account or provide me the details on how to do it and they wouldn't. And I was quickly brushed off and charged either way.
