Redstone Residential We rented an apartment for my son to use while in college

We rented an apartment for my son to use while in college. Upon our arrival, the apartment he was assigned had many cosmetic issues. There were several cabinet doors missing, living room blinds were damaged, electrical faceplates were missing, and the apartment was not clean at all. I have attempted to call and email several times for them to fix these issues and they won't return any of my calls. The contract says they will keep our $300 deposit if the apartment isn't clean and things are broken, which it's all of the above already, prior to my son moving in.

Redstone Residential When I moved into Centennial 2, I purchased a parking pass for $25 that they said would be valid until I moved out without making another

When I moved into Centennial 2, I purchased a parking pass for $25 that they said would be valid until I moved out without making another payment. One month ago, Centennial 2 said that everyone was now required to purchased a new parking pass each year for $50. I purchased this pass with the knowledge that there were 40 spaces in our parking lot (enough for the tenants). This week, Centennial 2 reallocated 20 of those spaces (without the 30-day warning mandated per the contract) to other complexes owned by Redstone Residential. These spaces are now empty and 20 of the residents with passes at Centennial 2 are parked on the street.

Redstone Residential I moved out of their Thrive Tempe complex in Tempe, AZ on July 31st

I moved out of their Thrive Tempe complex in Tempe, AZ on July 31st. I spoke with the property manager, Jordan, multiple times before and after moving out regarding my security deposit. I was told I would be receiving my full deposit back as well as any other fees owed to me, but was also told that it could take up to 30 days to receive the checks. Keep in mind, per AZ tenant laws, they should have had this check to me within 14 business days. I spoke with Jordan again a few days before the property was sold to another company, and he reassured me that my first check, my security depost, was already cut and getting sent out. As of October 15th, I still have not received my security deposit nor pet deposit and hotel fee that was to be paid back to me. I have tried calling Redstone, have left multiple messages, sent emails, submitted information on their 'Contact Us' form, and still have not received any kind of communication from them. I have given them my personal cell phone as well as my email address multiple times, and gave the property my forwarding address multiple times.

Redstone Residential I am a college Student attending Sacramento State University, in Sacramento California

I am a college Student attending Sacramento State University, in Sacramento California. I signed a lease back in May to live in the Element Student living apartments managed by Redstone Residential/ NB ELEMENT LEASECO, LLC. At the time of signing the lease I was enrolled in classes at Sacramento State that was starting in the fall. After a few weeks of signing the lease, My school made an announcement that they were closing the campus for fall due to Covid-19 and all classes are going virtual. My sole purpose for moving to that apartment was for school, But now that it is closed I have no reason to be there. I explained this to the leasing manager and asked if they would terminate the lease. They told me I have to either find someone to take over my lease or I have pay it for the rest of the year, Including parking, maintenance AND cable/internet even though I will not be living there. If I were to refuse to pay I would be sent to collections and/or sued. They are not accommodating me under the circumstances and many other students feel the same. Sacramento state allowed students to terminate dorm leases amid covid-19 and even gave refunds. I discourage future residents from living here or any other student residential apartments under this management company, they have shown their true colors.

Redstone Residential I was a tenant at Red Mountain Apartments in St

I was a tenant at Red Mountain Apartments in St. George, UT, which is managed by Redstone Residential. On August 23 there was a major flood and as a result, my apartment was filled with 3 feet of water and mud. I was not able to get a hold of anyone for almost 24 hours, leaving me to have to find a place to stay. After the flood, I was placed into a hotel room where I had no way to cook any meals, and was not allowed to bring in any appliances(mini fridge, microwave, etc.) to be able to prepare any food. This caused me to have to eat at fast food restaurants, costing me hundreds of dollars more than I would have paid in groceries. I was required to pay a $150 "Communications Fee" for the Cable and Internet within the apartment that I couldn't use. There was no cable or internet at the accommodation I was provided. I was also required to pay $269(half normal monthly rent.) On October 5th, I made the half rent payment again as I was told that that was the amount to pay and that I would see the remaining amount be removed from my account. On October 6th, I received a delinquency notice stating that I had a balance of $307.00 which included the remaining rent, a parking fee, and two separate renter's insurance charges. On October 7th, I terminated my lease with Red Mountain apartments, and was told that I would see these fees be removed from my account, returned the $269.00 that was paid on 10/5(prorated for the 7 days that the lease was still in effect, which would have been $121) and be returned my security deposit of $250 that was paid upon lease signing. As of today (October 8th), I have still been charged the full amount of fees and the management company has used my security deposit to pay part of these fees, leaving me with a balance of $46.00.
