Redstone Federal Credit Union review: Redstone Federal Credit Union is full of fraud and scams - dont care!!

My Father had his RFU credit card compromised. He called RFU and the woman was as cold and mechanical like a fish and did not apologize or show any sympathy. She talked very fast and told him his credit card would be closed and they would issue him a new one. Well it happened TWO MORE TIMES! And every time he calls, NO HELP or apologies! ALSO, his BANK ACCOUNT WAS SCAMMED! TWICE! so FIVE times RFU accounts scammed and they RFU employees do NOTHING TO STOP IT. WELL yesterday, MY RFU credit card was compromised by hundreds of dollars. I was met with the same indifferent cold attitude. When this issue is resolved, both my father and I are closing ALL our RFU accounts and never doing business with them again. THey used to be a wonderful business before 2010. They have gone down since. I think it is all in INSIDE job. It has to be from their horrible attitudes. They do not CARE
