I authorised my daughter (15 years old) to buy a digital photo frame from Redsave in November. She unknowingly failed to un-click the box which subscribedsyou to Redsavepass. 2 Months subscriptions they have taken from my account, without my authorisation, not a huge sum of money, just under £40.00 but it is £40.00 that does not belong to them. I rang them this morning, cocky lass on the phone, took great pleasure in telling me where to unsubscribe & that I was not entitled to a refund, shame she was not on the phone when I tried to unsubscribe, their link does not work. Had to email them. Taken steps to ensure they cannot do again, cancelled my card - up theres. Must be laws to protect the consumer against this, am going to write to Trading Standards. If you buy something on the internet you should click to buy, no business/trader should make you unclick something they you may not realise you are buying. When you do realise it is usually too late, £ after £ has been taken from your account - what a rip off. For what it is worth I will try writing to Redsave. Redsave suck & I hope they go down the pan. Lisa Waller, Guston

I totally agree and hope the authorities severly fine this company and send them down the pan, it is criminal and they should be in the courts defending themselves if they feel it is legal.

I tried to cancel my account too and also tried to cancel my standing order and realised that I hadn't completed a standing order that means they are using my card details to debit my account on a monthly basis without my authority.

This is theft in my eyes and will contact my solicitor to get ym money back.

THEY SHOULD WEAR A STRIPEY JUMPER AND A MASK
