8/20- 8/22/22. First room 101, moved to 223. Folio# 25512, I complained to the front desk the next morning, cashier 3470. Syead Ali is the owner and checked us in. The first room was 101, the cigar smoke was intense and caused asthma problems. I brought it to Mr. Ali attention, my daughter complained and three hours later my son in law met up with us and he complained. At that time Mr. Ali moved us to room 223. The floor was sandy, the pillows had large stains on them, pillows were ripped, sheets had dirt partials on them, toilet over flowed, the sink was plugged, the mirrors were dirty and the mattress had large stains. I also over heard Mr. Ali quote another guest a price of 199.00, but we were quoted 300.00. Another guest were also complaining of their rooms. I have pictures of all as proof.
