1/24/2022 I contacted house listed for rent in Longbeach, CA the person listed in Pam at 707-609-2279 to contact regarding 3590 Walnut Ave long beach, 90807. Told to contact this number. After communicating with was asked to submit an applicaiton and pay $50 fee and told that I couldnt talk to anyone until I submitted the $50 and couldn't see the house, After investigation I found this is a 3 bedroom house look total different than what is stated on Market place.
