I have rented vacation property on Marco Island from 7/14/22 to 10/14/22 from RE/MAX Affinity Plus Rentals 317 N. Collier Blvd. Marco Island, FL, USA 34145, (239) 394.7653. I didn’t have any issues with them. But after checking out I asked the manager if I can have any compensation for six days when apartment was rather unlivable during the hurricane. And now they decided to punish me. They refused to return my security deposit $3,000 claiming that apartment needs just cleaning. But I already paid $200 cleaning fee at time of the booking. I never in my life been so abused and robbed. I am 71 and my wife is on disability and we are easy target for schemes and cheating. I still believe in justice. Please help me to receive back my security deposit $3,000.
