I paid ten hours £310 to him in his bank account on 17/08/21 and since that date I only took four hours then he Always cancels The appointment and in 01/09/21 I took two hours and told him I booked the driving test on 22/09/21 and he say to me you need to pay 90 pounds for the day of the exam to book for you I said okay and I got out of the car and went to the cash machine I took £90 and gave him 90 pounds and since the date 01/09/21 he has not given me any lessons and today Sunday at21:09 pm he sent a message to me and he said to me I am not ready for the exam

Why he asked me to pay him £ 90 pounds and book the appointment and after wasting my time he tells me I am not ready for the exam
I just want you to return my the £400 pounds or we go to court
