RCI Points Partners review: they lied to me

On Jan 10, 2018 I booked a car through RCI Points Partners for cash plus 44, 000 points (which is all I had in My RCI account for 2017) for a week in Florida. On Jan 11, 2018 I called to cancel the car, because I found out I was going to have surgery.
When I called the person on the line told me I would loose the 44, 000 points unless I booked a hotel with them on the same call. So, I booked a hotel in September for 2 nights in Copenhagen, Norway, Ibsens Hotel
9/6/2018 - 9/8/2018. They told me they would have to return the 44, 000 points so I would have to pay $443.84 & then the next day they would get my points back from RCI & return all but $161.00.
I had paid on the car). I asked to get this whole thing in writing.
He said he could not do that, however, everything was recorded so there would be no problem.
On Jan 12, I received a refund of $89.85.
I finally called because I had not received any more refunds. After talking for a long time they finally refunded me $281 & $89 on Jan 24th.
I went on thinking everything was great.
I had also booked a hotel in Florida & RCI returned 12, 125 points. I am not sure why..
today I got a card for RCI telling me I had 168, 125 points left in my 2018 year use. I called & asked where the other points went. They said it was for my hotel in Norway 12, 125 points from 2017 & 31, 875 from the 2018 balance.
I just spent an hour arguing with Diane that I was not supposed to loose the 44, 000 points from 2017. I would not have booked the hotel with them if I had known they were going to use 2018 points.
Diane insists their year are Jan to December so they would not have used 2017 points on the rental car (they did) & they would not have used them on the hotel (they used 12, 125 of 2017 points.
I repeatedly asked to talk to her supervisor. no one was available.
I asked to hear my recording, nope, can't hear it.
I will never do any more deals with RCI Points partners.
