RBB AVAF Collections review: Credit protection policy

Good day. I contacted Wessel Moolman regarding being unemployed and needed to have my credit protection policy to come in working. He said I must contact Absa AIP as he reviewed my policy for the information. My wife was harassed by John Geyser's team., it was so traumatising for her, she was in a state. We informed John who then closed the case without giving feedback and when we asked him how he could close the case without investigating he said he spoke to the team and they said they introduced themselves to her. Their whole story they told him was totally a lie and he just brushed off our complaints. Not once has any of your staff of Absa contact us or your attorneys contact us. And they sent sheriff of court to repossess the vehicle. Till now I have not received any notification that I am in arrears and for the first time today I found out who the attorney is. It has just been one bad experience to the next. Covid relief was also granted from government and your company just did not grant me the relief. If I don't get results by the end of the week I will take it that your department also lacks to assist.. Many thanks
