Rapid Pay Card review: Fraudulent ach withdrawal

On oct 13th at 7:05 am I checked to see if my paycheck was deposited into my rapid pay account it had my balance was zero there was a unfamiliar unauthorized ACH withdrawal for the exact amount in my account. I immediately called rapid pay customer service after several attempts I finally got through to a person I explained my situation I asked several times who initiated the ACH withdrawal and where did my money go I was told they did not know and couldn't tell me where the transaction came from or where my money was the card was in my possession the entire time. My card was cancelled and I was advised that someone from the dispute team would contact me after doing some online research I knew I was in trouble I found countless complaints from card holders who had unauthorized transactions on their accounts and after several months of trying to get their money back still haven't been successful. I called customer service back and sure enough they had no record of claim and because my card was cancelled my account was no longer in their system they could not longer see any transactions. I filed another dispute claim this time I got a claim number I faxed the police report and a dispute letter once again nobody could locate my dispute claim police report or letter. It was a large sum of money not just a couple hundred dollars. Is there anyway for me to get my money back?
