Rank Personnel Consult review: Full reimbursement of all monies paid seeing that this job hangs in limbo 1

It started last year when I applied for a job and from there payments for credit checks, training, visa, airfare ticket and courier fees has been paid for. I passed my exams and still no certificate after 4 months. I requested feedback and keep on being informed due to the pandemic I need to be patient. I tried going on the website and contacting all available numbers but no luck. I have all the necessary information and till today, no feedback or any reimbursement issued after I requested this a month ago. If this means I lose my job offer because of taking matters further then so be it. It's unprofessional and for someone who has been unemployed due to covid this was a blessing in disguise but the lack and professionalism shown to me is unacceptable. All I want is answers on my outstanding documents and my money back since the travel ban continues to be extended. I have sent another email and whatsapp messages but no feedback and my messages has been read.
