I am trying to get the word out so maybe something will eventually be done and hopefully protect another buyer from heartbeak.
I purchased a st bernard from crystal in november of 09. she arrived underweight, severe ear mites and totally unsocialized or possibly abused not sure which one as she still is scared to death of men. She arrived with no paperwork. no akc papers no health certificate which is illegal to not have during transport to this day still have no papers. 45 days after she arrived she started having seizures. I was told I could send her back at my expense and she would replace her with another dog that I would have to pay to have shipped back so you can add 1, 000 on top of the already 1300.00 I had already paid for her. By this time I was attached enough and would not send her back to whatever life she must of had before. She since had developed skin problems and requires 2 different meds now. Crystal finally agreed to refund 400 back to me which I never recieved. I have every email corresponence from day one until now to back this up also.If you search you will find I am not the only one and some stories are much worse. This person shows and breeds akc st's, newfoundlands and bernese mountain dogs. buyers beware.

They have awful reviews! WE ARE NOT THAT KENNEL. We do not know those people or were ever affiliated with that kennel. We love our dogs and would never mistreat our pets. We have raised dogs for over 10yrs and they are all part of our family. If you would like a great addition to your family, come to us. We sell Rottweilers and American Bullies (pockets).

I have just purchase a Newfoundland puppy from Crystal and Paul Kock of Rama Jama Kennels. His get were stained from being in a wet damp kennel, and he came with a 6 day supply of antibiotics that were unevenly broken up that were being used the self-treat coccidia, but he was heathy. Our problem is, we paid for full registration, and since Crystal and Paul got their money, they haven't returned any of our phone calls regarding his AKC information. We have called the AKC and they have informed us that the
Kock's have not registered a litter welled on 1/21/12! These are not reputable breeders. They are nice as they can be until they get your money. They may have some great looking show dogs, but the one's they are selling, they could care less about.
