Racine Journal Times review: Over charging for racine journal times

Roberta A. Flex paid for the Racine Journal Times last year $513.00 for the 2022 Jan thru Dec 2022 I called to set up service and they told me Pete owed $77.00 for the month of December which was already paid for and it would be another 98.00 per month for monthly service. I told him December was paid for all ready and the renewal service was $52.00 a month or $633.00 for the entire year. When I told him to forget the paper and Pete owed nothing it was paid up front the whole year. The clerk refused to let me talk to his superior and said he would put Peter into collection, then hung up.
