Quest Diagnostics review: labwork

I went in as a walk in at 1:58p for a drug test for school, at the time the board said 35 mins wait for me, I literally saw 7-8 people went in front of me. At 2pm, I was holding my bladder in prep for the test, my name said 3 mins around 20 mins before, I ask them if they can attend to me cause I had to go badly. The guy Jerome told me sorry you have to wait, I waited 5 more minutes, my name still said 3 mins - I wasted 1 hour because I could t wait and these heartless in humane people were will to watch me pee myself. This was the most inefficient service - 2 people served 7-8 people in one hour- this mean the saw 3.5-4 people each from 2pm to 3pm. I was an ED nurse I know what it is to triage get ekg emergent treatment and take blood work to a large amount of people that are all walk ins so to speak. If they can't offer proper service to walk in they should advertise such and if they don't update their boards it is pointless. Please do not go to quest diagnostic nor send your patients there- this service is inefficient - the rate these people were working- they might as well close down.
