I submitted a down payment of $5000.00 and then my wife decided to cancel because I lost my job.
Per the contract they sent me, we can cancel in three days, and we did.
Now its going on 5 weeks and still no check.
Well goldbilt havent returned my money or phonecalls.

Then tell my why every thing on the Quality website and the Goldbilt site read exactaly the same UNTIL someone on one of the other complaint boards pointed it out. and posted the pages for ALL to see
Goldbilt Homes is in no way connected to Quality Wholesale Homes. Goldbilt does offer to honor any deposit that any individual has lost as a result of a company going out of business. Quality Wholesale Homes was one of the leaders in the manufactured housing industry, and them going under affects thousands of people. We are simply trying to help, and somehow this accusation was wrongfully made against us. Any company that large will of course have at least a handful of individuals who are upset with them, and I understand this. But the heartbeat of our company is to do everything humanly possible to minimize these types of issues. Again, I emphasize, Goldbilt is in no way connected to Quality Wholesale Homes, we are simply helping those who have been harmed.

Just to let you know I have found out that the company in Utah has possibly gone out of business. on the BBB web site it states that they are no longer in business. I called their number and its not working.I have found out that they are now in MT. They have been known to change their name and location once their reputation has gotten bad.
DSH has again changed their business name.
