Made several complaints about being charged for the item and not receiving. I sent another email stating to cancel my order and refund my money and then the next thing I know the product was delivered within a day or two. Tried the product and was not satisfied at all with it. There was no paperwork included with the package, no paperwork on return instructions/information. I found a phone number and website online for customer service. I contacted via both methods several times. I never received a return call or email despite leaving several messages. I then contacted my credit card company to open a dispute. I was given credit by them and thought that I had won the dispute. I went through my “mail pile “ and found a letter from discover stating that they were fighting it. Unfortunately this letter had a deadline that I had missed due to working so much OT at work. I still have the product and would be happy to return it for some kind of refund. I would be happy if they would give me back half of my money. That’s better than nothing for a product that I can’t use!

Desired outcome: Some kind of refund is better than nothing, and if they can’t do that then I would like to see them reported so others don’t get screwed like I did
