had a good presentation and we were interested in the tri-gard insulation, The installation crew of ***, *** arrived on time as promised for the install (9-12:30). They did a good job and cleaned up before departing. So far we have noticed the difference in our home's temperature, remaining about 20 degrees or more above the outside temperature without any heat on. I will consider future projects with Quality Eco Technologies after I see how well the tri-gard insulation works in my home.

Earl the presenter, was very passionate about the product and cares about what he's offering. Austin the inspector, knowledgeable about the home inspection, very customer focused. Explained everything I needed to know about my home inspection. Nick, Harrison, James, Jeb Daniele the installers were efficient with there work. Professional and friendly. Explained everything prior, during and after install. They were willing to go above and beyond no matter the request I asked. They loved our dog too, very nice to her! 10/10 company!

Mr. A he did a very detailed job of explaining everything. Most important is that we felt comfortable the whole time. Never felt pressured Mr. D the inspector, my experience was superior with him. Very good representative of the company. Also patient with us. Nick,Brian and Tim the installers, we knew every step of the way what was going on. Most important was they had an excellent work ethic. Felt comfortable with them in my house while I was gone. Communication abilities were excellent. Amazing company from start to finish!

Expected to learn about solar when I originally went to the dinner. My only complaint is most of my questions didnt have time to be answered, I understand the presentater was busy. Some of them got answered but it just felt like I didnt have time. *** Came out the next day and answered most of them. More of less I just need details, details, details. Everyone was great.We ended up getting solar fan and multi layer insulation. Everyone was on time. Stayed busy and worked professionally. Helped move everything in attic and cleaned up after themselves.

Awesome presentation. (and excellent food at *** in Netcong NJ) Shawn B presented professionally and answered all questions. Jason G (inspector) extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. He came right over to test our water that night after almost a year with their Crystallo system and roof vents. Water quality 100% better now. Very pleased. This is an environmentally friendly company wanting the best health for its customers. All homeowners should have the free inspection and evaluation, you won't be disappointed. Thank you again Jason, you are the best!

did a great job. Knew what he was talking about. He was very accommodating to all of the guests and very patient with us. Great food too!*** the inspector, did great. We talked for hours and had a great time. Did a very thorough inspection and showed pictures of all my problems in the house. Answered all the my questions and called his boss anytime he wasnt 100% sure. 10/10 The techs ***, ***. Were perfectly on time and walked through everything with me before the install. Showed after pictures of the work and walked me through everything.

What a pleasant experience, starting with *** (great presentation, which in turn, caught my interest; *** (knowledgeable and kind salesman who didn't push, but painstakingly answered my questions and showed me the possibilities); to the installation personnel -- ***, ***, *** and ***, who were on time and respectful of my time and property. They even cleaned up after themselves. If the product is as thorough and exacting as all the people involved, I am looking forward to lower utility bills and many years of comfort. Thank you.

Very solid experience working with everyone in the process. The Inspector, Matthew, conducted the inspection and simply explained what products could help address some of the issues he observed. He didn't pressure us to buy anything which was refreshing. We saw value in the technology and the products. We purchased the Multi Layer Insulation and the mold treatment. The service team came out the next day. They were all professional, considerate, and efficient. Mike, Adam, Curran, and Jacob all did a great job from all that I observed. We'll remain optimistic the products will work as advertise in an effort to reduce the utility bills and address our attic moisture issues.

We had the insulation installed 2 days ago in our attic and basement for ***---a lot of money. After they left our garage door will not go down unless you hold the button in.. It worked perfectly before that. It took 2 days of calls before someone got back to us. The installer called back and said they didn't do anything to the door. My husband said they probably hit a wire with the staple gun. There was no offer to come out to look at it and fix it. They said we will come out and take the insulation down-it probably wont last very well there anyway! NOT what you want to hear after spending almost *** dollars! As far as we are concerned they can come and remove ALL of it and cancel the loan! I would not recommend them!

I purchased *** insulation and a *** water Filter this past January. I have been very happy with the products and service. The salesman was very friendly, and there wasn't any pressure for me to make a decision. I was provided with a 12 month estimate, but i was able to save money by going through a program that they offered me. I received a free home inspection which uncovered some issues that I was unaware of. I had no idea what chemicals were in my tap water! The technicians were very professional and efficient. They took the time after my house was finished to answer all of my questions. My tap water now tastes better than bottled water. I've noticed my furnace running substantially less, and i've saved money on my gas bill every month.

I attended a presentation and expressed interest in their products. They showed up the next day, did an inspection and was terribly concerned with mold in my attic. He strongly recommended that we never go into the 120 year old homes attic without a mask. He put together a proposal that before discount was over $***. This amount was for more than mold removal We signed the agreement and then he attempted to schedule installation the next day. This was inconvenient for me, so he scheduled it for the next day. He never once mentioned our right of rescission to us. That was flag number one. Flag number 2 was his scheduling installation before right of rescission was finished. Flag number three was that my 2 story home of 1628 square feet had an attic that he measured at 1385 sq. feet. I later measured it to be 865 sq. feet. this certainly increased the cost of insulation on top of the attic floor. I would not recommend this company any entry to your home.

The presentation at the dinner was well done. We opted for the home inspection knowing that our heating system is not compatible with the probiotic system and our water treatment system installed several years ago was not giving any issues. The home inspection system found our windows to be quite good and the inspector was surprised at the good quality of our water. The basement passed with no mold, water damage or other issues. The one issue was the need for a better attic ventilation system. We had a similar style of attic insulation installed, by a different company, several years ago and it needed a bit of minor work around the soffit vents. We did opt for the solar fan and the soffit vent opening to better control the attic area. The inspector reported his findings and presented options without high pressure sales and answered our questions. He did call back to the headquarters to clarify one thing he found. If we had not already had the attic insulation installed previously we would have been likely to go that route too. The two man team came in the installation time window quoted and installed the fan and cleared the vents. They were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a bit less than an hour. So far it appears to be working. The true test will be when the hot days of summer come back. If any problems are noted later, I will post a further review but so far all is looking good.

I am a "do it yourself" guy mainly because I don't like to spend money. When I received the invitation to a free meal at the a fine restaurant, my only expectation was a fine meal. Earl K gave a good presentation on some products and services that I actually needed. I knew there were issues in my attic but I don't like hot, cramped places that contains fiberglass insulation. I was glad to have them inspect and make recommendations. A home inspection was scheduled the next day. Jory R came on time, introduced himself, told us what he was going to do, how he would do it and invited me to tag along. He narrated what he was doing and what he found- good or bad, common or unusual. Most of what he discovered I already knew( mold and insulation) and that the deficiencies needed to be addressed. Jory explained the products, services, and the cost of each. I chose what I wanted at the time and he wrote it up, explained financing options and made it happen the following week., much quicker than we thought possible. Adam and Theo arrived on time as scheduled, introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing and and went right to work. At several points they stopped to explain what they were doing and how the job was going. They explained each step and ask if I had any questions. They fulfilled the work order and I got everything I wanted with no problems, they finished in 3 hours. Good products and service, good people to work with, a lifetime warranty and confidence in Quality Eco Tech. But most important, I feel really good about this investment I have Made in my home and looking forward to the benfits.

Our experience with Quality Eco Technologies has been nothing less than professional service with a high standard for excellence in everything that they do. It first started off with a free dinner where Khris did a no pressure presentation of the products that the company offers. He was through and at the same time made sure to move at a pace that was respectful of everyone's time. He even started the meeting in prayer and shared some of his personal experience in raising five kids and understanding what a real life family budget looks like. Khris had a real down home transparency that was relatable. We signed up for an inspection and had the pleasure to learn that Mark was Khris's eldest son! He was great at answering questions and respectful in his communication which was refreshing. He did not try to up sale us and quoted us only for what we needed. They even have discounts for veterans that was appreciated. Two days later we were able to get our installation and this is when we met NIck, Brian and Taylor. These young men were respectful, detailed and gave us updates throughout the installation process to keep us informed of how things were going. At the end of the install I requested to have the pictures for our record, and they had no problem providing that to us. A few weeks after the installation we had our exterminator in the attic and he raised a question concerning the install. This is not his specialty, but I called the company and the owner Mark called us personally. He had no problem of sending Nick and Brian back to the house to recheck everything. When they came back they even showed my husband everything in the attic and explained in detail our questions. It turned out that the exterminator did not know what he was talking about and that our instillation is flawless. This is a faith based company that stands behind its work, and I would recommend them to any and everyone! We are more than satisfied and our bill decreased by $*** in a month

The job was not finished, but the CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION was signed anyway. Mark *** (team lead) said he had to go to another job, even though his employees were still working. I was told I could pay with a credit card, but that wasn't true. QET didn't answer EnerBank's complaints about their charges and installation for months. It's been over a year, and QET never contacted me to inspect the insulation, like they promised. I sent many emails and Certified Mail to the owners, but they never replied.
