Qazaan.com review: they are selling cheap and fake items

The worst service possible from this disgraceful company, they should have their trade license revoked because of this pathetic customer service. We ordered a self assembly wardrobe which was delivered a few days later, the contents were damaged, scratched and in a bad condition. Additionally the components which were supposed to be used to assemble the unit were so bad quality they broke so easily, absolute rubbish. We complained and qazaan promised to have the unit collected for refund, it was clearly explained that it was not possible to pack the unit in its original box as it was so badly packed on arrival we could not save the cardboard packaging. So far they have sent a courier company 4 times in a stupid little car to collect a unit that they full well know will only fit into a truck as it was delivered. Do not buy anything from qazaan as their promise of refund is just an empty promise and their customer service is non existant
