I am so disappointed. I purchased two bracelets through the company Pura Vida Bracelets. I have placed two orders and it was big sale on their website. Money was taken almost immediately and I got tracking number on the next day. But you know what these tracking numbers showed that my bracelets weren’t shipped. I couldn’t reach the seller through the phone, but he replied to email and said that I should check my tracking number. But it showed the same information.

I didn't receive my daughters birthday gift on November 17, 2023 then I emailed the costumer assistant email. They advised me that a replacement order would be sent out on November 20, 2023, they never sent it provided no shipping for the replacement order. You robbed my daughter of her birthday gift and me if $70. PV15974439 order number.
