My Dog was recently transported from Arizona to Illinois for a family relocation. My Dog NEVER made it!
We paid Citizen Shipper fee who had 5 star reviews and liked that they did security background checks vetting the drivers. Thinking we were connected to reputable pet transporters that vetted and ran background checks on their drivers for ease of mind and an extra layer of protection to transport our Dog safely. We could have not been more wrong.
Pup Protector Pet Transport through Citizen Shipper were hired for $1, 000 with $500 up front. Annabelle was lost the first night in the desert at Loves Truck Stop in Gallup, New Mexico and the driver left her there. We were not informed until the next day.
Annabelle has been missing since May 8, 2021 with NO sightings. She is a small 17 lbs. spayed female and MICROCHIPPED. We rescued her at 5 months old and never been away from her family, she is now 7 years old. Our family is distraught and heartbroken. There has been no effort on their part to help in searcha and recovery. No money refunded and has not returned her belongings to her family
Desired outcome: Give me back My Dog, my $500, all my dog belongings, send out search party in Gallup, New Mexico where you claim you left my dog in transport.
