Can anyone here tell me what is going on with this PUA? This drives me crazy. Just like Amazon? Amazon still owed me $1097.77 wages payment since 2023 Mar, and negligent on my work injury at warehouse PHX6 in 2020. I moved to visit my sibling to Phoenix, AZ in 2018-2022. I was thrilled. I moved back to my husband in Modesto, CA now. But I will move again, it changed a lot since I moved to AZ. Nothing is good at all.
Claimed loss: They said PUA only give funds to individuals. And said I am not. I meant I am from Hong Kong, not china. I worked as individual all my life. I married to USA citizen in year 2000, I am still individual.
Desired outcome: I only have the USPS/UPS delivery paper that has PUA office signed for references. I needed them to tell me the appeal date and what happen to my waive request.
