PSD review: Never received product

I had placed an order on the week of cyber deals I never received my package. I contacted the shipping company as well with no resolution. Also, my package has strict instructions on it to deliver to back door. On this day of delivery, I was home fortunately, and nothing was there. I believe the shipper stole my package! I am a hard-working single mom I refuse to take this lost cause people more fortunate than me steal your stuff during the holidays and you are treated like a thief when you want help recovering your items. I was told by the website to contact for help, and I have been ignored. I know these items are insured so I am starting to think these companies working along with these shippers to take from the poor I am very angry how this well-known company don't even have a reasonable contact number to speak to customers this shows the lack of care they have for the people who is keeping the company running.
