We no longer want the smart ship, constantly deducting $126 automatic out of our account and we want to cancel it. We keep asking them to stop it and they won't. They say they do but constantly taking money out of our checking account they said they would stop but won't. Who can I contact to get a hold of someone that will reimburse me for no authorization deduction

Super easy to cancel... just log into your account and hit cancel... 2 clicks of a mouse... find the back office from joeketo.pruvitnow.com or cloud.justpruvit.com.
One thing we have seen in other subscription based programs is a very difficult process to cancel the orders... Prüvit does not do that. If you don't know your log in you can contact the help desk on the links above or email support@pruvithq.com

Yeah, not working. I keep hitting the red x to cancel it from the cart and when I refresh the page it is back.

call your bank and have it stopped through them. take in your emails that you have tried to contact them many times with either no response at all, or one saying they would correct the problem, but the problem is continuing. This makes me very scared to order.

Trying to stop auto shipment. Can not reach a person, I sent an email stating that I forgot my password and would like to make a change before next shipment. Did not get a reply. I want to stop auto shipment and don't know how. I do not know what will happen if I return to render on shipment. I've never done business with a company where you can not speak with a live person. Very poor customer relations!
