I went to see attorney mullhofer for a legal problem and he told me to get a new LLc . I paid him $200 and later another $1500. Turns out he knows nothing about taxes and sent me to his accountant who was not helpful. The Delaware llc i could have got at legal zoom.com for $129. He never returned my phone calls. He only makes you pay for worthless papers and does not even help you with anything.

We have dealings with Matt and we never had an issue. Looks like, this is not true. The customer can call me - [protected] and I can even do conference call with Matt. Matt is always helpful to our services and he returns the call during week-ends too. THIS IS TOTALLY FALSE.
I have friends that got taken in on these internet scams. you really want to stay away from people whose only dream in life is to take your money. I googled mullhofer + scam and got some interesting news.
