Poor service (one subcontractor with a rented truck). Our family helped load the truck. Even then the one guy moving our belongings caused damage due to not being either equipped or experienced with moving a piano (which we paid extra for).
Broken items with zero restitution.
Upselling after items with mover - asked for $1,000 extra to keep to originally agreed upon schedule.
Desired outcome: We've already been burned by Pronto Moving & Storage. We just want to communicate our dissatisfaction.
