So delighted and thankful to have worked with the Progressive Lending Team. They made it simple, helped us understand options, gave valuable information so we could move with speed, and kept us informed all along the way. Very honest, easy to work with, simple/secure system for signing, and very prompt. They also were able to get us the best rate and closing costs around. We'll definitely use them again and highly recommend to others.

We highly recommend Progressive Lending Solutions to anyone who needs a mortgage loan. Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with when we were purchasing our home. He made the process so smooth. He even referred us to an amazing realtor. They answered all of our questions and was so patient and kind. Buying a house is stressful and we had no worries about our mortgage loan. I really enjoyed my experience working with progressive lending solutions and Wendy. I am a first time home buyer and Wendy made sure I understood every step in the process. She has even been available for any questions I've had after purchasing my home. I would highly recommend Wendy and her team. My home buying experience with PLS couldn't have been any better. Joe was very knowledgeable and provided options for rates, down payment, etc. The rest of the staff that I worked with were quick to respond and kept me in the loop as things progressed. Everything went smoothly with no issues all the way to closing. Considering I was making the purchase from another state, this was really appreciated and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone for their mortgage needs.

Working with the professional group of Progressive was excellent. The process from beginning to closure was painless. The communication was exceptional, all questions or concerns were addressed very quickly with clarity. The electronic system made the signatures quick and complete without the US postal system delays. Additionally, the closing day was done at your home with an agent that guided you through the signatures remotely, from her car. The people, and their company is one that I would highly recommend without reservation .

My wife and I have used Progressive Lending Solutions on two different occasions. The first was the purchase of our current home and concurrently the refinance of our previous residence. Though two very different transactions, Progressive Lending handled them with great efficiency and accuracy. About one year later we refinanced our current home due to lower interest rates and the process was efficient and accurate again, AND handled safely amidst COVID restrictions. One of the best and trustworthy brokers to work with. I have ZERO complaints and only positive things to say about this company. My broker was Kayla Smith, who is a absolute pleasure to work with. She is one of the most knowledgeable people I know and is extremely responsive and easy to understand. Walked me through the entire process and most importantly kept me in the loop with constant communication. Stayed on top of all developments and hunted down the best deal possible. Joe Smith and the entire team at Progressive Lending Solutions has always served me well. I'm a realtor and many of my buyer clients have utilized PLS and we've never had any issues or closing delays! They do a thorough job up front to avoid any issues when it gets to be crunch time! Communication is so important in this process and they're amazing at it, always staying in front of anything needed. From Start to Finish the whole team at Progressive Lending was responsive, supportive, empathetic and kind. They walked us through each step of the mortgage process without judgement, and answered ALL (and there were many) questions that we had. We would not have closed on our house without the support from Progressive Lending. Any questions we had day or night were always answered promptly and corrections/changes were made quickly. The Team at progressive is outstanding and took a lot of stress off of our shoulders right up until closing day. I would highly recommend this team for any mortgage/refinancing project.
