Recently I bought a few calling cards of theirs sold under the name: Master's Calling Card. Apart from this name which was shown at the top left corner of the card, set out therein against a green background were: a jockey riding a horse jumping over a hurdle to the right of the name and at the top right corner of the card plus the words that said, "$5" (at the bottom right corner) and "NO CONNECTION" in the next line immediately below it.
My complaints? Misrepresentations. I would start off hearing a voice say, "You've got 301 minutes" but would end up short by almost half of the stated 301 minutes, meaning short by almost 150 minutes! If I make one call after another on the same card, the number of minutes would be gobbled electronically even faster. I do not know what was going on and have called their 1-800 number and their local 604 number many times, but the would go on ringing what seems to be for ever and nobody would answer my calls.
What do you folks out there think what's going on with thais company? Is the authority concerned just allowing these guys to go on ripping the public off and getting away with everything that they have done so far and that they would continue to do so?
