This is absolutely not true. I have been a customer for over 5 years and me and my friends have bought multiple pairs of eyewear from Georgia Shades. All of their product is 100% authentic, brand name eyewear. True that they do have the 15% restocking but that's clearly listed on their website and the reason is because a lot of people change their minds after they buy instead of before they buy. They encourage you to buy only what you're going to keep...and that's a quote. Customer paying return shipping is also true and for the same reasons - which is fairly standard on the internet. (besides, walmart doesn't pay for my gas when I return something either) If you buy what you know you like, you'll get authentic eyewear and then the return policy doesn't matter. Everything I've gotten at Georgia Shades was 100% brand name authentic, shipping was fairly quick and when I've had email questions they respond quickly. The price is right too. I'm not sure what more you can ask for? My guess is that you were telling them its fake and they know its not fake, they had to stick to their policies, and thus you got upset. ~ Jeff, WI
