If within 4 weeks (it may vary depending on the credit card company), contact the credit card company and get them to sort it out with the person which debited your card. If it is a business who debited you, they usually don't want to be black lsited by a major credit card company.
We also used them and got burned getting our money back. DO NOT USE ASIAROOMS.COM They are not credible and will gladly take your money but "disappear" when you want it back.
