Until you go through probate with an attorney, don't say stupid things..Educate yourself, a trust is the only way to go...That is a cheap price, plus the services they offer. Just calling an attorney cost your kids thousands... go to your courthouse, pull someones last inherittance tax form from probate...who made thpusands AN ATTORNEY...not with a TRUST.
