GSM Solutions really are a bunch of crooks. I brought a phone in to have its microphone fixed and after about 2 weeks of calling them they said they had it back in the shop and when i went in to collect it he said that they couldnt fix it, I wasnt too annoyed at this because i didnt have to pay anything but when i turned on the phone they had completely broken the touch screen and this is after the man had told me that the phone would be in the same condition as i left it in which it was not! So i was left with a useless phone now that they had broken it and they offered no apology or compensation.
Avoid GSM Solutions at all costs, anywhere is probably better than there!
