Daju,
We are concerned about some of the statements you have made and would like to encourage you to call and speak with a Charter College Director of Student Success at [protected]. However, to quickly address some of your concerns: We do make changes to our curriculum from time to time in order to better prepare our student’s for a career, which is also why we require such a heavy work load. In an effort to help students manage the rigors of an accelerated program we do offer student services such as tutoring – we hope you were able to take advantage of these services. Also, although we do not promise students specific externships or job placement we offer many opportunities to take advantage of our Career Services Department. We do value all of our students and graduates and hope to hear from you soon so that we may have an opportunity to discuss these concerns with you further.
We look forward to your call.
Anonymous,
We can see that you have a number of issues with Charter College, which concerns us a great deal. We work to provide a safe and supportive environment to learn and work in; we do this by providing a number of family friendly activities such as holiday parties, award ceremonies for our students, etc. We also employee instructors who have valuable experience in their fields of instruction and offer curriculums carefully designed by both academic and working professionals. We encourage you to come forward and discuss your concerns personally with a Charter College representative by calling 1.888.426.2807.

We are sorry to hear that such a costly error was made with your scholarship information. Please feel free to speak with the Pasco Campus Director of Financial Aid. Furthermore, please speak with the Pasco Campus Career Services regarding job placement, they have had many successes with assisting student’s in finding employment and they would be happy to assist you. In regards to the transferability of credits, this is at the discretion of the institution you wish to transfer to. We hope that you take a few more moments to speak with our staff so that you may find your Charter College experience more worthwhile.

Many of our on campus students do participate in online classes, allowing them the flexibility of an online program while at the same time offering the hands-on experience associated with being on campus. However, we understand this learning environment is not ideal for everyone. We want you to receive the best education possible and would like to speak with you regarding your frustrations; please call the campus directly at [protected].

Hi Heartbrokenandsad,

We’d really love for you to celebrate your accomplishments at the graduation ceremony – it’s a great moment for not only our graduates and their families but for the entire Charter College community! The diploma you have earned is much more than just a fancy piece of paper, it is a representation of all of your hard work and all that you have learned.

We wish for all of our graduates to continue their education beyond our campus, either by expanding their knowledge in the workforce or continuing their schooling. If you wish to continue your education beyond Charter College we recommend you contact the school you wish to transfer to as the transferability of credits is at the complete discretion of the institution you wish to transfer to. We've had a number of graduates successfully continue their education at other institutions.

If there is anything we can help you with or if you would like to provide additional feedback please stop by campus.
