Thank you for your suggestion. I will try that. Hope they will talk to me! I wish I had known about needing the doctors authorization. Maybe the patient liason can communicate with the nurses that this is the steps that need to be taken. Thank you!
I have to update: A gentleman from Window World's NC office did contact me today. Said he spoke with owner of company here. Problem is supposed to be fixed tomorrow. I'll let you know how it all turns out!
Well, they showed up and we finally have stickers. We had new "sashes" (windows) with stickers put on. Our inspection was Friday and all is well. I LOVE this complaint board. Seems to help get things done !
