OMG I thought we were the only ones this has/is happening to..We have had a hard time and have been told to sell everything to borrow money..to move out so they can get someone in our house that can pay..then asked repeatedly when we will be out.. we are told the community we live in will evict us..and ive told the rep that they wont do that because we are paying the lot rent..I/we have talked to 4 seperate reps that all had the same rude attitude and told us the same thing..and YELLED at us..We get called multiple times a day..Ive told them that they need to work on their customer service and was told we are not customer service we are a collection department..to which i respond Colorado has laws against creditors! These people are the worst people I have ever dealt with..If i worked the way they did I would be so embarassed speaking to people in that manner.
Im guessing we have the same kind of loan..We came to our community to rent and were told it would be cheaper to buy..so we did that and we fell behind and i knew i wouldnt be able to pay right then and there and when they started calling we/i got yelled out and told to sell our stuff and to borrow and to move out so they can get someone else in the home that can pay. We werent told this was a interest only loan...that sucks! I hope all of us wronged customers can some how get help and stop these monsters.
We are at the same point. We fell behind but still paid and instead of them changing the date for a few months so that our payment wasnt late they decided to call about 5 times a day...We have been yelled at, spoken to like we were children, told to sell our stuff, borrow money, theyve been told if any of that was an option our payment would not be late! We were treated like noone should be treated and have decided its not worth staying here. Our house has been settling and is literally falling apart and it is suppose to be a new home and every wall has cracks and every ceiling is coming apart. We called on the warranty and they sent a guy and he just wiped something on the cracks um we could of done that ourselves..Ive been doing alot of reading on this company lately I wish I had before we moved into this house. Ive learned that if you have an escrow account to pay your insurance and taxes that that doesnt happen so becareful. This is something that I need to check into. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!
Sorry to say but they will seize your land and repossess it dont know how but i have read stories on here about them taking peoples land.
