I recently placed an order with Metro Style. Upon receipt of my order (missing an item), I attempted to contact them by phone. For two days I have been on hold (calls x 5) for more than 20 minutes only to be disconnected. You cannot get thru to this company - even by email. I then contacted Metro's sister company Chadwicks - only to get the identical voice...
