I placed an order with this company in 2017 and had no problems. I placed another order on February 2, 2017 and received nothing--except they did charge my credit card immediately. Two weeks later I emailed asking status of order. They replied that items were on back order (nothing said when I ordered) and they should ship within two weeks. Well nothing happened. I emailed again two weeks later and was told they would not ship till third week in March. Totally unacceptable! I emailed cancellation of order and demanded refund. No reply. I called and called. Next to impossible to talk to anyone. Accounting Department does not accept incoming calls. I finally got email asking that I call and give card information so they can refund. I reluctantly did that and was told I would get refund within 5 days. I called this morning, it being a week later and gal that finally answered phone said that accounting had info and she would pursue completion of the process today. Well of course I still have not received refund. I will call once more tomorrow and will be filing complaint with the Georgia Governor's Office Consumer Fraud Division. Definitely stay away from this company!
Well I finally got a refund from this company. Constant emails and telephone calls finally paid off. Good luck to all of you who are still dealing with them.
My grandson was hired to work overnight stocking. He blew out his knee and was hobbling around trying to stock heavy boxes. The "lead" asked if he was okay and he said his knee was killing him and asked if he could do something lighter for the rest of the shift. The "lead" told him to go home and to call HR in the morning. So, he did and found out he was terminated. I vow never to go back into any Target again. They have gotten way too much of my money, but will get not one more penny.
