I also work at a Target and it is totally ridiculous. I work with people who have threatened guests with physical violence and cursed at them. Somehow, they are still there. I used to do my job with pride, but realize the only people that appreciated it were the guests I helped that day and me. I know Target doesn't pay the greatest but I enjoyed doing the job. Now I work with people who could care less and it has rubbed off on me.
